Rosaline fletcher
Rosaline Aguirre Fletcher is Senior Vice President and currently serves as the Sales Manager for BBVA Compass’s SBA Division. She has over 29 years experience in the finance industry with 26 of those years in the SBA Lending arena. She was one of the original team members that established BBVA Compass’ SBA Division and has managed the growth in SBA 7(a), 504 and Express Products to over $250 Million annually. Since taking on her role of managing the sales team, she has increased BBVA Compass’ SBA production to award winning levels and has lead the bank to be ranked 5th Nationally in units. She currently serves as Chair on NAGGL’s Large Lender Committee.
