Event Only
Exhibitor & Sponsor + Panelist - Starting at $2,800
At this level, you will be given everything in the previous levels, as well as the opportunity to sit on a relevant panel to discuss your knowledge on your preferred subject in relation to the symposium.
This level does not include a powerpoint presentation during your portion of the panel. You will not be allowed projector use in courtesy of time.
Exhibitor & Sponsor + Presentation - Starting at $4,000
At this level, you will be entitled to everything in the Exhibitor and Sponsor level, in addition to your own individual presentation.
You will be allowed a predetermined amount of time to make your presentation and answer a short Q&A with attendees.

Exhibitor & Sponsor - Starting at $1,800
As an exhibitor and sponsor, you will be allotted a 10 ft. space, a 6 ft. table, two chairs to display products, and materials at the symposium, as well as have your logo displayed in all print and marketing materials, as well as throughout the symposium.You will also be allowed to provide a short video that will be played on a loop during breaks and before & after the event.
Business Matching Sessions - $450
